Internal Tooling Policy: QBO & Keap Integrations
1. Scope and Purpose
This Policy applies to the custom Google Apps Script integrations (“The Application”) developed and utilized exclusively by Such A Voice (“The Company”) for the purpose of internal data reconciliation between Keap (Infusionsoft) and QuickBooks Online. The Application is strictly for internal operational use and is not available for public distribution, sale, or third-party use.
2. Privacy Policy
A. Data Access and Collection The Application connects to the Company’s QuickBooks Online production environment via OAuth 2.0. It accesses the following data types solely for the purpose of accounting reconciliation:
Customer Data: Names, IDs, and email addresses.
Transaction Data: Invoices, Payments, Refund Receipts, and Credit Memos.
Item Data: Product and Service lists.
B. Data Usage and Storage
Usage: Data is read from QuickBooks Online to compare against internal Keap records. Discrepancies may result in the Application creating or updating transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Storage: Data processed by The Application is stored temporarily in Google Sheets within the Company’s secured Google Workspace environment.
Sharing: No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Data remains within the Company’s internal ecosystem (Intuit, Google, and Keap).
3. End-User License Agreement (EULA)
A. License Grant The Company grants authorized internal employees a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use The Application solely for internal business operations.
B. Disclaimer of Warranty THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
C. Limitation of Liability In no event shall the developers or The Company be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
