Working Wednesday: Posture and Breath

Welcome back to another Working Wednesday! This week we’re working on posture and breathing that can support you throughout those long recording sessions. 

It starts from the ground up!

  • Begin with supportive shoes
  • Don’t lock the knees
  • Relax the hips and belly
  • Hold yourself up with the upper back
  • Long through the neck and crown
  • Relax through the throat
  • Deep diaphragmatic breathing
